What I thought about this book!

The Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George.  3 out of 5 stars

I received this book from the Blogging for Books program in exchange for this review.

I really like the first 85 pages of the book, because I thought it was like if Sherlock Holmes lived in Paris and have a bookshop. But also if he was married and if she died like this women in the book did. But it's older then me and the story was not my cup of tea, but I will be finishing it when I can and I will have a wrap up soon but I'm not Shure if when that will be. I started a job that will take more of my time, and I'm also don't know when I can also up date my blog too. So with that said I am going to finish this book when I can!

This book is amazing book, and I have read different books about mermaids that the author did, and I can say this one is the best one so far this year. If I can rate this higher then a 5 out of 5, it would be a 8 out of 10.

What I read in June, July, and August.

I am going to tell you what I like about the book and put links to the books I read. I tried to put pictures in like I did in my last review, but this time it doesn't want to put pictures. I will try and find out how to.
And this how I rate books: 5 to 4 stars are normal for me.
3 stars are sometimes I give these out, but not much. 2 star this is rare for me.
And 1 star is that the world, writing, characters, are not great, and this is very rare for me to give a author!

With that over here is the book I read in June and July.

I read in June is Among The Gods (Chronicles of the Kings) #5 by Lynn Austin. 5 out of 5 stars.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/80351.Among_the_Gods
This was a really good ending to the series, I like we got to see more of how this was going to end. Because I like that it wasn't what I thought it was going to end and I see that bad people can turn around for the better.

And I read in July The Actor by Paul A. Wunderlich. 3 out of 5 stars.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/25149270-the-actor
I do have a Review for this, it's my last review that I put on here!

In August I read as fallow:

1. God Is More Than Enough by Tony Evans. 4 out of 5 stars.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/11861296-god-is-more-than-enough
This is a good book to read, I enjoyed it.

2. Gotham Academy, Vol. 1: Welcome to Gotham Academy by Becky Cloonan, Brenden Fletcher, Karl Kerschl (Illustrations). 4 out of 5 stars.
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/23395763-gotham-academy-vol-1
This one is pretty cool book, I like the characters in this book. Can't wait to see what happens next!

3. Lumberjanes Vol. 1: Beware the Kitten Holy (Lumberjanes #1-4) by Noelle Stevenson, Grace Ellis, Brooke A. Allen (Illustrator). 4 out of 5 stars.
This one was assume to read, I need to get the next vol., to see what happens next. very much love the characters in this one!

4. Courage and Other Demons by Jill Daugherty. 3 out of 5 stars.
I kind of like the book in the beginning and the end. But there was some parts that was good in the middle, I did kind of like the main character in some parts of the story. But the ending is having me want to find out what's going to happen!                   This is a book I got for a review.

5. Anya's Ghost by Vera Brosgol. 4 out of 5 stars.
This was pretty good book, but this book is a little scary. I like that about this book!

6. Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, #3) by Suzanne Collins. 4 out of 5 stars.
I have finally read this book, so I can go watch the movie. And now I know what is going to happen at the end. So, so good!

7. The Pied Piper of Hamelin (Russell Brand's Trickster Tales, #1) by Russell Brand, Chris Riddell(Illustrator). 4 out of 5 stars.
I really like the message in this book, and it's a really good book. It's a story redone in a different way, but still good!

A review of The Actor by Paul A. Wunderlich for a honest review!

I received this book free for review from the author in exchange for an honest review.

At first I that this will be better then George Orwell "1984", that book is better then this one. I liked the main character of the book. I find the main character lacking in the strong character part and the side character did nothing for the book.

Thoughts for the author and audience of all ages.

The author needs to explored the world and tell us how did that world started and how did the leaders of that world came about!

And what happens when you see it from the inside circle of leaders, like we did in George Orwell "1984"!

The author needs to explore the view of the audience view of what the leader look like to them, and what happen when a person consent with the eating of the food and the weight!
